Bureau Regis en métal et bois

This is a pretty desk. It came with a big mark on the front edge (see photo) The gold trim doesn’t line up either. (See photo) took about an hour to assemble because the drawer was broken. We had to remove the track and re-screw the drawer in. Wood grain is nice and makes the desk look a bit more high end. Item was well packaged so I think the damage was already there.

Absolutely beautiful and fairly easy to assemble. Though I did have to have a hand with this one because of the weight of the top. Will make a great craft table. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

The top is laminate and the bars have to be screwed together. Assembly was okay. The cam locks in the drawer hadn’t been done so it was super loose, but tightening them worked. Also, trying to get the screws on the bar to line up with oredrilled holes on the bottom of the desk was a pain. The metal is a really yellowy brass, brushed.

Came VERY well packaged!! The gold color is a subtle mid century, bronzey gold. I love it!! The drawer came installed already so that made the build so much easier. You have plenty of desktop space so the gold piece that sits above makes the whole desk more contemporary and expensive looking. I highly recommend!! Great for a small or large space.

Not super impressed with the quality of this desk. The gold metal isn’t as gold as it appears in the photos. The desk top came with the drawer attached, which would be nice except the drawer was broken off of the desktop completely and wasn’t able to be salvaged. The desk is wobbly and difficult to align the screws where needed. However, it didn’t take long to assemble and the style is nice.
