We received the sofa 10 days late and Wayfair team didn't seem to take any responsibility for their delay; we were not happy with their customer services and the delivery date has changed a few times until we received the sofa. The sofa itself is nice, good quality and the color (cream) was similar to the photos. There were some stains on the sofa; we decided to let go of those as we didn't originally receive the greatest costumer services anyways. If it wasn't for the negligence of the customer services team, I would have given this sofa a 4 star. This was the first time I had such an experience with Wayfair and I am shocked that not all reps are trained the same or hold the same set of costumer services standards. There are other items under the same order which I had (in some cases: still have) the exact same delivery issue.
