Love this sofa!!! It’s the only one I could find that pulled out into a Queen size bed and also looks cool lol. Very comfy and the color is even better in person!

First time this sofa was delivered it had a crack in the base. Wayfair refused to take it back, saying we had to dispose of it. They did order a new one. The customer service agent was uncaring and offered no other solutions, other than to say a customer service supervisor would call me within 2-3 days. That was over a month ago. The second customer service rep was much more willing to work with us, however it was still our responsibility to dispose of the sofa. The sofa was easy to set up. It looks more comfortable than it actually is. The fabric and color is nice and I hope we will get some years of use from it.

Missing both end pieces to the couch..and its hard. Still trying to resolve the incomplete couch!
