Best chair I had. Very very comfortable, it has small nice pillow for my back. It’s pink, gorgeous pink color. Silver metal parts look perfect with pink fabric. It’s so soft and beautiful! Love it!

Arrived with completely different arms than were shown. The rotating arms were the entire reason I purchased this chair. Very disappointing.

The seating is comfortable-ish. All the base/wheel/arms parts come stowed inside the chair back which unzips. That leaves a completely hollow back that uses a couple internal elastic straps strung side-to-side for back support when you sit back. The arms are engineered to sit too high, which makes resting my elbows on them (I’m 5’6”) awkward, and also makes the arms too tall for them to roll under the desktop unless you’ve lowered the seat ridiculously low. Not well thought out. Functional enough for light occasional use, but I work from home, so not good at all. Assembly was awkward and the seat doesn’t line up with the back well. Pretty for light use but not for a working office.
