My client not satisfied with the material, and the color we ordered was black, instead its a dark gray.

Good chairs. One of them came in with bad padding but Wayfair took care of it immediately. Over all, it’s a quality chair.

The product was great! Although I was surprised at the price. I usually take screenshots of everything I buy online in case of price disputes. I tried to call Wayfair to resolve this and it literally fell on deaf ears. Although I really like the chairs they are pricy.

Nice chair but could stain easily

I purchased and received 4 chairs. At the time, they were advertised as genuine leather however they were not, they are vinyl. Extremely disappointed! Kept them only because my husband had already attached the legs by the time I saw them. Customer Service was polite and provided some discount. Bottom line is I would not have purchased these if I knew they were vinyl, now stuck with them and a waste of my money. Recommend confirming all descriptions before ordering anything where it makes a difference to you. My first experience with Wayfair.
