We ordered these chairs, received them and loved them. After about 45 days the rollers became a little tough to use roll. After further investigation, all of the rollers under every chair had been loose to the wood frame where it attaches… Extremely disappointing especially considering the amount of money that we spent on them… Now it looks to be that I can not even request a return. Need someone to contact us about this as this is a big problem that is not easily overlooked

These chairs are beautiful, very very comfortable, and stylish. Also, they are very easy to assemble, within 5-10 minutes you are done with the assembly and left with a classy, modern, eye turning set. FIVE STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

It definitely wasnt what I expected. These chairs are absolutely gorgeous. I love them. My son said to me, mom these chairs are beautiful.

Beautiful chairs highly recommended they look very high-end qualities really well easy to put together comes in a set of two can’t say enough positive things.

There is a reason you only get 1 year limited warranty. We got 7 pairs (yes, 14 of them) for our formal dining room. No small children to blame, only adult use. Literally, after the one year mark, the caster housing started breaking on a couple of them. So, the screw stays fastened, but the housing just let go of the wood. No fix for that. we are 18 months in, and 8 out of the 14 chairs are broken. Nothing snaps, no drama when it happens, it just suddenly gets loose, and thats it, the chair cannot move as it tilts on a broken wheel. So if you buy a pair, do the math of what are the odds if 8 of 14 we have broke (some actually had more than one wheel break completely off. $3000 down the drain.
