I order with Wayfair all the time, but this was the first time that I've been so frustrated with a product. I needed bar height stools, and the description on this item said 34 inches, which would've been perfect. The first time they came they were only 26 inches from the floor to the seat. When I called customer service they said we must have just got the wrong item and put a note in the record so the factory would check the shipment. They ordered it again for me. The second time, same exact size came. Got another supervisor who said she would also follow up and sent another set. The third time was not the charm and I got the wrong ones yet again. Very frustrating. Clearly, the description on the website was wrong.
