The desk looks good overall, but it arrived damaged. As shown in the pictures, part D at the back, which supports the desk, was badly broken and in poor condition. That piece is supposed to hold the desk together by connecting the two back legs. Fortunately, my husband is handy and knows how to fix things, so he taped it and managed to put it back in place. It is definitely not worth $400. There was also a chipped section underneath the desk where the drawers are. At least I can’t see it since it’s under the desk. The design is great, and if not for the poor packaging, I would probably be happy with this purchase, but in this case, since I paid such a lot of money, I expected much more.

Worst experience ever. Product was damaged during shipping. Shippers lost it for a week. It shows up over a week late damaged and pieces falling off of it. Manufacturer sent a replacement at no charge, but it was the wrong color...dark brown...I order the natural finish. I just want a refund and for a carrier service to come get this junk off my porch because I am too old and small to move this alone to send it back. I wished I had never ordered it. Needed it two weeks ago and still don't have it.
