The couch is soft and true to color but the couch back and arm rests don’t stay together at all. I’m so disappointed. I waited 3 months for this couch to arrive and it don’t even stay together. The slots they should slide into was a bad idea. Should of been some type of real locking or nail screw system . I called customer service and they gave me an additional discount on my couch but most likely will call again ...but honestly don’t know what they can do to make this couch sturdy. Safe to say I can’t invite people over to sit on the couch or if I do I have to say caution don’t lean back and don’t use elbow rest .

Terrible. Don’t buy it. I have been calling Wayfair for 3 weeks now and no one has gotten back to me nor have I been able to speak to anyone. My couch came and while it’s very beautiful, the brackets that should lock into each other do not align, therefore when anyone sits down, they cannot lean back because the entire thing is not secure. I’m very displeased and even more upset that I haven’t been able to speak to anyone.

It was nice to have for a few months. But the three seater didn’t have any middle support and the frame cracked. It only lasted a few months. I would say try to sit more to the sides. The frame is extremely weak.

They’re so beautiful and look even better in person! They’re also very easy to put together.

Beautiful and comfortable. We always get compliments. I took away one star because I can't remove the cushions for easy cleaning - it's all connected with the bottom which is definitely frustrating when you have cats. It opens up so things can get in-between the cushions, but it's almost impossible to reach - even with the vacuum.
