Very disappointed. Four arms and a cushion turned up. The person on the phone said have you tried putting it together!! Put what together, where’s the rest of my 3seater sofa. They refunded my money. Then said donate the bits to charity. Who exactly wants 4 arms and a cushion.

This set is very comfortable and fits our living room perfectly! I knocked off a star because I paid for express delivery and they did not even have it shipped by the delivery date. Customer service was very helpful in refunding my shipping cost though.
