Very dissatisfied! Keep looking. Color doesnt match the picture. Color is more of a dull gray than shale as depicted in the photo. Also important parts were missing from the hidden compartment under the chair...the legs and some of the screws.. so now I have to wait to enjoy my chair until parts are shipped. Looks like someone previously returned it and no QC (quality control) was done. I called the customer service and the representative was lackluster. Didnt apologize for this situation at all and told me it will take 24-48 hours before manufacturer responds and ships parts. This will be the last piece of furniture I buy from Wayfair. Oh and the brand is Safavieh not Everly Quinn. Very dissatisfied!
