Horrible horrible experience for.a.lack luster bed. Instructions are incomplete. Hardware have never shipped. Improper legs were included causing the bed to crash and fall.down severely scratching my Harwood floors. Ordered in March and still do not have the hardware to fully assemble the bed in mid May. The vendor and wayfair dropped the ball on the resolution. In the end got $70 credit for.hardware after 3 trips to the hardware store and $50 in hardware and severely gouged floors across a third of my room and I still do not have what I need to assemble the bed. Not doing anymore business with wayfair as a result.

We’re very pleased with our purchase. At first I was very hesitant because there were no reviews. The better arrived quickly, easy assembly, it looks beautiful in our daughters room.
