Lit superposé simple au dessus d'un lit double en métal, acier robuste, garde-corps, économie d'espace, noir

I'd really love to review this great looking bunk bed, but the truth is, after ordering it twice, I received the wrong bed....both times. The same incorrect item twice. After nearly completing assembly the first time, I realized that it was instead a loft bed by a completely different manufacturer. I contacted Wayfair, they apologized and we made arrangements for return and re-order of the correct item. The agent on the phone also offered to refund the purchase price for my inconvenience. Pretty fair, I thought (though said refund was never issued). My replacement item was received today, and it was the same incorrect loft bed. This time I just asked for a full refund and have since ordered what I want from another online retailer. And for my trouble of lugging this large heavy item into the house (twice), assembling/disassembling, repacking and arranging the return of both incorrect orders? A whole 10% off coupon, which I don't intend to use, as I am finished with Wayfair. I had an issue a couple of years ago, and had just begin to trust them with a few orders once again. So unfortunate, as I used to really enjoy shopping with them.
