I picked this TV stand after a rigorous search over the course of several weeks. So I was very disappointed when the cabinet and the legs piece arrived in damaged condition. I appreciate the fact that the cabinet ships pre-assembled, but I think the whole cabinet should be wrapped in something strong to keep it from flexing during shipment because that's what caused it to split at the joints. Customer service was easy to deal with, and they offered a return pickup for refund, but there was no replacement in stock, so my problem was essentially unresolved. I needed this TV stand in time for hosting many guests who were visiting. Now I have to use a random piece of furniture as my TV stand until I find a better option.
