Repose-pieds Velvet

I am giving this a 4 instead of a 5 because of being sent the wrong item. I ordered once and was sent the wrong color. I ordered the light blue velvet and was sent an emerald green color. So, I filled the online form out to let them know. I was sent another green ottoman. When I tried to fix it this time by calling, there were no more blue ones. So while I may have received 2 for the price of one, they're still not what I asked for and still were not cheap for me. So I am making them work in a different room than I had planned. I guess you just have to wonder, who packs their items? Is it done in China and the worker doesn't understand the difference between blue and green. Is it done in a warehouse in the US and the worker can't read English. I'm not sure what the problem is, but seems like just utter incompetence to me. We have worked hard for the little money we've come by, so it's just frustrating when the wrong thing is sent. I can even understand one mistake, but twice?? The ottomans seem sturdy enough, but someone obviously can't read English or could really care less. The box description even has the incorrect color cause it's not light green either. Bless.
