I purchased the 'open box' option which was a big mistake. It was as though whoever bought it before saw all the flaws on the metal, threw it back in and returned and Wayfair didn't even bother to look at the condition before offering it for sale again! I can't tell you what quality this product will be when it's brand new, but I highly advise not buying an open box product! I reboxed and returned this item all on the same day. I was offered a discount and customer service was very nice about it, but I would never put a product as damaged as this one in my living room. They did refund me. I order a lot of things from Wayfair and this was my first true disappointment. But appreciate the prompt help.

Item is better quality than I expected. Using as nightstands and they are perfect in our guest room.

Shipped quickly and was easy to put together.

This has been a frustrating process to return the table. It had flaws in the table to glass and when I tried to submit a return form, I was told I would have to wait for 2 hours as "system was down". I have waited for 4 hours and still am not able to get a return initiated. I will never order from Wayfair again...
