I got two mismatched stool heights. The lower one is less than the counter height so they didn’t send the wrong item, but a completely different model. I got it open box so it’s non-refundable and returnable. I know items bought open box could have had minor damage but this is unsalvageable

Absolutely gorgeous stools! I would give 5 stars but they did have a few light scratches and slight tarnish in a few areas that only I will be aware of where they are, otherwise absolutely delighted with my purchase.
