Very unique couch, won't be for everyone. But it is by far the softest piece of furniture I've ever sat in. You really sink into it and it feels luxurious...if you're sitting directly on the cushion. If you're sitting in between cushions, you don't get the benefit of the box spring and it's very stiff and uncomfortable. But sitting in the middle of one of the cushions is great. The lack of real armrests will turn some people off, as the ones that come with this couch are kind of floppy, and while firm, don't provide anywhere near the support a normal arm rest would. They attach with a zipper and flop around a bit. I have one of the included throw pillows propped up against it when sitting on the ends, and that helps. The couch is also pretty long, I can lay all the way down and still have room for two other people to sit on the couch comfortably. And while I do like the type of foam they used in the cushions, I worry they'll flatten over time. Hoping there's a way to purchase and add fresh foam to the cushions in the future. Overall I would say the couch is "good". It's nice and big, easy to set up, and is very squishy and luxe feeling (assuming you sit directly on the cushions). If it had better arm rests and fewer "dead" spots on the couch, it would be a 5 star piece of furniture. But if you're willing to try something new and non-traditional: this couch could be exactly what you're looking for :)
