These are beautiful chairs! My order arrived in great condition. I bought six chairs, which came in three boxes. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. The manufacturer included all necessary parts, along with an extra screw for each screw size and a set of felt pads. Two of the chairs were slightly wobbly, but this was completely fixed by applying the included felt pads. One chair was a bit more wobbly and remained slightly uneven even after adding the pads. However, this wasnt a major issue for me since the chairs feature pre-drilled screw holes, making it easy to install adjustable furniture levelers. One chair has a small crack in one of its legs.

One of the chairs we purchased had an issue during assembly, and I’m quite disappointed that no one has followed up or responded to my previous communication. I’m very unhappy with the level of customer service, especially as I’ve been a loyal customer of Wayfair. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would appreciate a prompt response and a resolution to this issue. Thank you.
