These are beautiful chairs! My order arrived in great condition. I bought six chairs, which came in three boxes. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. The manufacturer included all necessary parts, along with an extra screw for each screw size and a set of felt pads. Two of the chairs were slightly wobbly, but this was completely fixed by applying the included felt pads. One chair was a bit more wobbly and remained slightly uneven even after adding the pads. However, this wasnt a major issue for me since the chairs feature pre-drilled screw holes, making it easy to install adjustable furniture levelers. One chair has a small crack in one of its legs.

The chairs came in two separate boxes, they were very scratched with wood coming off and they were broken. They looked like they had been used before or were floor models. Customer service was helpful.

Great chairs, comfortable and affordable, great dark wood color and solid wood !
