This whole process was a nightmare. I bought this bedroom set in November. Got delivered by Wayfair and then some by Fed-Ex. The items that came by Fed-Ex the delivery guys couldn’t touch because it wasn’t delivered by them. The side rail was damaged. They replaced it but then had to get task-rabbit to repair. They reimbursed me for. The hardware for the mirror to attach to the dresser wasn’t in the drawer so the guys couldn’t put together. I called to check the status of when the hardware was going to be delivered the lady said that they could t send me. The lady I first talk to assured me that they would be delivered soon and I should call them then back to schedule for them to attach it. I was so fed up I gave up even calling them back. I decided to give Wayfair a try because some of my friends have bought from them. I’ll never buy any furniture online again.
