Extremely Frustrating Delivery Experience I ordered this dining table over a month ago, and Wayfair has now attempted delivery FOUR separate times. The last two deliveries consisted of only HALF of the table—the base—with no tabletop. Despite the order being incomplete, it was still marked as “delivered”. After the fourth failed attempt, I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a supervisor trying to get this resolved. They are now having to reorder the tabletop, which is expected to take another two weeks. By the time I actually have a complete, usable dining table, it will have been approximately seven weeks since I placed my order. Four delivery attempts, multiple incomplete deliveries, an order incorrectly marked as delivered, and nearly an hour on the phone just to receive what I originally purchased is completely unacceptable. The table may be beautiful, but the delivery and fulfillment experience has been incredibly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. For a large furniture purchase, I expected much better organization and customer service from Wayfair. We have a business professional account and have spent more money than I’d like to admit with this company, after my experience I would never refer my customers to shop with Wayfair.

The base was delivered by Alberto Rey they did their fast and neatly, but I still have to wait for the top…LOL
