We bought the chair at the end of November 2025 as a Christmas gift. The chair wasn’t opened until Dec. 25th. We assembled it soon after and disposed of the box. Three weeks into use we heard the base cracking. Very poor quality. Wayfair would not help as it was over 30 days since purchase. I pleaded our case as it was during holiday time and was wrapped as a gift. They determined that the chair couldn’t be sent back but was indeed faulty, so they credited our account $53. We paid $220. If they established that the chair was faulty and cannot be used, why not credit the full amount? They ended it with an email that said “do not respond to this email. Your $53 credit is all we can do” Now we are left with a hunk of junk to dispose of that still cost us $170! Very disappointing and not fair. Save yourself the trouble…do not purchase.

Good chair. Comfortable and the speakers are loud. Looks just like the photos.

Not a good idea to buy and assembly the night before xmas. Chair is heavy and I was scared would wake up the kids. Even thou it is a packers chair it is good chair and everything works and it is comfortable. I am a Bears fan so I was holding back the vomit the whole time I was putting it together for the record and I am sure George Halas was shacking his head in disbelief as the biggest bears fan is putting together this chair for his own son.

My kids love this game chair it is better than the one they’ve ,they love it.

Disappointed in this product. Arrived damaged and it was not a great quality item
