Quite comfy, and the back cushions are zippered to the back so they don't slip around. Very easy to put together. A bit firmer than I expected it to be, but still comfy. The light grey is as represented, and the fabric is smooth enough that it does not promote cat-scratching. Unfortunate that I was told it would be delivered between 3-7 pm and the delivery arrived at 7:30. My son was here from 3-7 to receive the delivery and put the couch together, but couldn't stay past 7. Wayfair -- don't give me a delivery time frame then overschedule your delivery teams so they cannot deliver within that time frame.
