It’s exactly as seen on photo - very beautiful chair with a retro look, which is what I was looking for. It’s very difficult to find an office chair with this aesthetics (and not like an ugly gaming chair). I do think that the chair isn’t as soft and comfy as I had hoped - it is not that it’s not comfortable - it is, but just not as much as I thought. I have yet to figure out the back tilt and hope the leather part lasts!

Came scratched everywhere. Disappointed for the price. Will look to return but quite the hassle.

Very nice, smooth rolling chair. Versatile for different people- fits a 6’ 5” man and a 5’ tall woman. The cream color is pretty, but is a bit more grey than I was expecting.

Chair looks beautiful, looks expensive and is well made. Very, very comfortable and feels durable. This is actually a Tommy Hilfiger chair. You can adjust chair height and the chair does recline if you lean back, but you can’t adjust the recline. However, it does have a nice “natural” recline to it, the back of chair is nicely padded and very comfortable. Chair was very easy to assemble since the arms were already screwed into back. Only had to attach wheels to bottom frame and then attach chair to frame. Shipping was fast, took a week from order to delivery and I live in NY.
