Although this was a bit expensive for a file cabinet, it is a well-made piece of furniture and looks great in my home office. Very sturdy and already assembled...just had to get it out of the box. This will probably be a piece that I have for years.

Every log cabin needs this desk in the office. A treasured addition.

Even lovelier than the picture. The only negative I thought I paid for the entire unit to be varnished. Only the desk top was. That needs to be made clear in the description. There is a truth-in-advertising issue there. It was worth it to me to pay the hefty additional amount for varnishing. For just the top of the desk, however, it’s not worth it.
