A bit stiff to me so I gave it to my wife and she likes it for her office

This is my first product purchased from Wayfair, so this is going to be unfathomably and brutally honest... I can tell you without a shadow of ANY doubt after years upon years of purchasing office furniture, that this chair is HORRIBLE! Definitely missed the mark on this one, y'all! I bought it because its weight capacity was "up to 500 lbs" (I like a comfy chair if I have to be sitting in it for hours upon hours while I work) & my kids like to come into my office area and sit on my lap, so I wanted to make sure the capacity was more than ample for all of us, and I also needed a new chair since we are working at home for at least another 6-9 months. This is THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE CHAIR I have >ever< had the misfortune of purchasing! If it wasn't so difficult to disassemble + cost to return, I would! (Not to mention FedEx beat tfh out of the box in transit... it looked like it had fallen off the back of a moving truck, bounced on the freeway, and hit by a few vehicles several times!) It's NOT deep enough for a big person to sit in, meaning you can't sit back in it... you're perched half-off of it if you're more than 140 lbs. My normal sized husband is uncomfortable in it, so is my normal sized teenage daughter. The lumbar is way too low + it's uneven; the stuffing material in the seat is lumpy & uneven; the tilt & swivel locks do not function like they should. It's just an extremely overpriced chair made for kids with a larger weight limit smacked on it. DO NOT BUY THIS ONE - GO FOR A GAMER CHAIR! I am more comfortable in my half-broken 2 yr old gamer chair that I purchased from another website than I could ever be in this, so I am going to continue to use it until I can find another one like it!
