We bought as an open box item with a discount and I was pleased with the condition-almost new looking only a couple touchups on the black legs. I had 3 others from a previous purchase and it looks well with the others.

Beautiful swivel chairs...very sturdy! Relatively easy to assemble. Arrived quickly and in all were in good shape. Heavier and larger than we expected. Wish the seats had a smidgeon of more bounce in their cushions and were made of real leather. The look and function of these chairs are great, though!
