Canapé Shonta en chenille traditionnelle et tissu en soie 90,5 po

I bought 2 of this beautiful Shonta one after another. The initial one was good however the second one had little issue with the right side back rest hook couldn't stay in place therefore it of not useable. I contacted Wayfair couple of times and was lucky to deal with a wonderful lady who took my claim seriously. She forwarded my request to Shonta and advised me that I'll be getting probably a new unit. Guess what? Within 3 weeks, Shonta send me a replacement sofo throughout Wayfair. Much appreciation and respect to both the manufacturer as well as Wayfair.

I’m so pleased with my purchase. I was a bit nervous that it would be A LOT different than what’s online but that wasn’t the case. My living room is happy. Looking forward to future purchase.
