Really handsome piece. The stitching is almost like an old baseball glove and looks rich with the glove leather. Very happy.

We love the loveseat but there is a problem with the frame on one armrest. We have revised our review due to the complete failure of having a satisfactory resolution to our problem with the loveseat. Our first offer for resolution was a credit of 15% which amounted to a small amount and we believe this was Flexsteel solution. The only other thing proposed was to have the loveseat picked up and returned. Again we're sure this was Flexsteel Customer's solution. There was never an offer to replace the loveseat with another new one. Maybe Flexsteel wouldn't fully back a send a replacement. But then Wayfair never came back with offering with a replacement. Needless to say we will no longer do business with Wayfair and Flexsteel or their other brands. We now have an issue with not having our money refunded until they have the loveseat in their possession. How many days will that take???? It has been 7 days since this issue was initiated.

I have only had this loveseat for a few days, but so far I’m impressed. The leather is beautiful and the color is true to the website picture. It is very firm but comfortable. The dual control mechanisms work well and provide a variety of seating positions. I hope it holds up and wears well over time.
