Could not have been more impressed with delivery. I was contacted about delivery date 2 days prior, again the day before with a 4 hour window and an hour before arrival. It was white glove service and they made it look easy. They even tested it to be sure it worked. The only suggestion is with regards to the initial shipping. It did not arrive on the estimated delivery date and there were no updates provided. It arrived 3 days later.

Well made and sturdy, just didn’t fit our bodies well. Nice features.

Delivery was late, the leather had a tear in it, and one recliner does not work smoothly. Contacted wayfair and they offered a small (15%) discount. Still debating whether to keep it and pay for repairs but I have some concerns about the reclining mechanism. Other than that, it's an attractive piece if furniture.

First delivered loveseat had slices in leather which was promptly replaced and was undamaged. I have been favorably impressed with quality and price of various pieces of furniture from Wayfair. I will be purchasing other pieces of furniture in the near future from Wayfair.

Went well. Came early after 4 hour range given, did good job setting up and cleaned up well. Very professional.
