Crew Power Recliner With Power Headrest &Lumbar

I love the recliner but hated your shipping and customer service. You had $1,700 of my money tied up for over 30 days, I could have earned interest on that amount. Plus you had me worried that my order was lost and I'd have to go through the refund process. Are you aware of how many items I've ordered from you in the past?

This was perhaps the most uncomfortable recliner I have ever sat on and my daughter and son in law concurred. The lumbar support dug into your lower back and within 10 minutes I had to get up because I was in pain. This is also an unusually large chair. I sent it back the same day it arrived. You better have 2 strong people to disassemble and repackage this chair because Wayfair will not help and charged over $150 to send back.

Perfect recliner for a family. It’s large but still looks modern and sleek in the room, great for lounging, holds up to the kids sitting sideways across the armrests and hold tons of laundry when the family is folding clothes. Great purchase and Wayfair made delivery amazingly easy. Highly recommend.

So far extremely satisfied. Seat is firm but very comfortable. Love love love the lumbar adjustment. Little different in color but it’s ok. Delivery was excellent.
