Chair is comfortable, but to call it heat and massage is pretty much a LIE. After 10 minutes on you can still barely feel the heat. The massage is nothing more than the lumbar inflating at different levels in repetiton. No pattern, no movement. It's the lumbar support. Turn massage off and do it yourself with the lumbar inflate button. Extremely disappointed in flexsteel. My old southern motion massage recliner is 10x better. I thought this would be an upgrade. Definitely NOT on the massage part (maybe on the cushions/lifecycle of the chair itself). Don't choose this for the massage heat. That part is surprisingly junk. There are better options for the $. Sadly I now know just because flexsteel makes a good recliner, doesn't mean they make a good massaging recliner. What an expensive lesson.

Chair was delivered on time and communication about shipping and tracking was more than sufficient. Chair is very comfortable and is adjustable in every way imaginable. Price was comparable to the furniture store where I had initially found it, plus I had the option of a different color with a more timely delivery than the furniture store could supply. So far, I'm very happy with this purchase!

I have a small living room and needed specific sizes for new furniture. This chair fits perfectly and the bonus of rocking, heat, massage and all the ways you can adjust the reclining is great. Love this chair. Thanks Wayfair - the white glove delivery was wonderful.
