Beautiful chair nice taupe color very comfortable.

When researching for a recliner, I decided on Flexsteel. They make a great product, we have two in our house. I focused on two models. I decided on this chair because I loved the look. I have had this for a few days now. My only complaint, the back is not high enough to support my head. I should have chosen the one with an adjustable headrest. So, if head support is critical, there is a Flexsteel model very similar to mine that is higher back with adjustable headrest. Can’t go wrong with USA made Flexsteel. RJP

Very pretty. Definitely a tan color rather than cream. Cushions are stiff but comfortable. The footrests work well. Happy about our purchase.

I bought an open box item. It appears brand new. Not a scratch or blemish anywhere. The chair is very comfortable to sit in!! I'm happy with my purchase!!

.The leather is high quality, and the motor is whisper quiet. Very comfortable seatinHowever, in less than two months the back cushion and seat cushion creates a well and doesn’t give support. These wells don’t spring back.
