Beautiful sofa. Quality product. It arrived on time, well-packed, and the delivery team were able to unpack it and place it where requested. They also removed all of the packing material.

At 1 year, the reclining mechanism of a 3k sofa started failing and 2 months later failed. 2 of the cushions are not holding up. I contacted Wayfair and they directed me to Flex steel. I fu with Flexsteel and they referred me back to Wayfair to help with the warranty. I again engaged Wayfair and they after 30 days they can’t help and don’t stand by the product.

This sofa fits perfectly in our space. I love the soft leather and reclining features. Extremely happy with our purchase and would recommend it to others looking for a leather reclining sofa.
