Good table. Terrible customer service from the seller

Table arrived chipped and with loose hardware. In order to return the product you have to work directly with the manufacturer which is actually a knock on Wayfair not the manufacturer. Outside of those issues, the table is clearly not as good quality as I was expecting. It does not appear to be real wood, hence the chipping during shipping. Additionally, if you are ordering based on the images on the rug, you will be greatly disappointed. The table is a much darker color and the real wood grain as seen in the photos is not accurate. I would not recommend especially for the price.

I absolutely love this table!! It’s a show stopper. It was packed good, easy to put together.

I’d give 0 if I could. Table arrived damaged beyond repair and missing hardware to assemble. Manufacturer says they can’t replace the part I can ship back to them and get 25% off. It’s incredibly large and heavy they should be sending someone to package and ship and offer a replacement
