I happened to be thinking about the good old days when dining room chairs had food rests, when I came upon these. Wow! It's hard to find chairs with this feature any more. So, I ordered the last set of 2 in the color I wanted and they arrived yesterday. I could not be more delighted with them. They are beautiful, the quintessential farmhouse motif design. Furthermore, the chairs are exquisitely hand crafted with gorgeous mango wood. They are so sturdy that they will last beyond my lifetime, that is for sure. BTW just this morning I was sitting at the table and I noticed that my feet had naturally gone to the foot rest without my thinking about it! Yes, *just* like the good old days. I love these chairs. They don't make high quality chairs like this anymore... oh, and did I mention there is no assembly required?! Last but not least, they were extremely well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
