I ordered a total of 3 items - a desk, a lateral file, and a storage cabinet. All of them arrived damaged either due to inadequate packaging (cracked legs), or poor quality control. This piece arrived with the top panel separated from the body of the unit.

Ordered 4/21, arrived 5/11 broken. Returned, replacement received 6/6, broken. 1.5 months of aggravation for absolutely nothing.

Sorry to say but DON’T BUY THIS!! This was the worst pirchading experience. Price dropped within 24 hours of my ordering and Wayfair would not price adjust. It arrived broken and fell apart when I opened the box. Back fell off, drawer tracks were not installed correctly, leg cracked, top scratched….Awaiting my refund. Please stay away from this…

Damaged on arrival in dented box. Company wants us to find packaging for return knowing that we are unable to find a box that large. So now we are stuck with this dented file cabinet. Won't order from Wayfair again.

The unit looks good , but it is poorly manufactured, it is not sturdy enough a little wobbly, not worth the money.
