Nice item for the price & best part it didn't have to be put together. It did arrived with some damage but in all fairness Wayfair was super quick to make that right & offered a discount so I kept it. That said, I think this is the last time that I order furniture from Wayfair. Whole process was a nightmare. Ordered it Nov 16th with a 2-3 week dlvy date, shipped Jan 4th, ended up getting it Jan 20th. Order status kept delaying in my order section at Wayfair, so had to keep calling to find out what was going on. Customer service people were very nice but new nothing & could fix anything. They would tell me "oh its shipping tomorrow or in 2-3days" & when that didn't happen, I call back & would get a total different story. They would tell me they would leave notes in the file of what we discussed but when I would call back the next rep. would have to start all over with me again because, the other person didn't leave notes, horrible customer service even thought they sound very nice. Their delivery liason here when it did arrive in my state, was horrible! They just keep saying "oh there very busy & it is out of our hands" & couldn't give me a delivery date after asking what days they could deliver & the couldn't deliver on those days (they were supose to deliver into my home because of size}. At the end of the day it is a nice item but wasn't worth the aggravation & lost of my time following up on this order. On price: if you look around, you can it find it in other places for even a bit less with quicker turn around time.
