Absolutely the worst company - dumped thousands of dollars of furniture at my door after white glove service was paid for. Then I couldn’t get in touch with them until I set up an account. Will never order anything from Wayfair again.

I had tried to cancel the order a couple hours after placing it to no response and found they had already shipped it (so 5 stars on shipping time!) Since it was open box I am unable to return it (even for credit) and it so SO light weight and cheap and undersized and unusable.

Exactly what I wanted.
