Fauteuil demi-tonneau pivotant, fauteuil d'appoint rond et confortable pour le salon

Wow. These chairs are everything I expected. Roomy and comfortable. I order 4. 2 came damage. Waiting on the replacement. Wayfair always solves problems quickly and painlessly.

These are great. But some flaws for sure. ESPECIALLY for $1000 chairs. Also. Came with a green stain. And not sure if mold or not? And some metal sticking out.

High quality and comfortable. Swivel is smooth. Soft material on the cushion, soft cream color.

Extremely disappointing with customer service. I ordered 4 chairs from Wayfair. Total cost was 2,500. The chairs are absolutely beautiful however, three of the chairs came damaged. After unboxing them they were covered and nice white cloth covering. I brought the four chairs into my home and after removing the white covering I noticed three of the chairs were damaged. I was told that I have to wait for the manufacturer to contact me by email for replacement and that Wayfair cannot exchange them. The manufacturer will take care of it. I was also told that it is my responsibility to repack these heavy chairs back in the original boxes to be picked up by FedEx.

They are beautiful chairs. One was damaged from shipping by Wayfair but they offered a 10 percent discount for the inconvenience.
