Table basse à plateau relevable 3 en 1, tables basses convertibles cannelées modernes convertibles en tables de salle à manger

The coffee table came with deep scratches on the top. I contacted customer service to have item replaced or my money refunded. I was told I could not get my money back or entire item replaced. I was offered a small discount to just keep item as is. It looks terrible. That was unacceptable. My only choice was having a replacement part sent. I reluctantly accepted as there was no other choice given to me. Was told part would be here by August 20th. Now I have received a message that it will be delayed for 10days before it is shipped to me. According to the wayfair policy, I can send it back, but at my expense. I also could return it to the nearest store that is one and a half hours from me. Completely unacceptable. I will never order from this company again. It's really too bad because the quality of the item itself is ok. Minus the scratches. I gave it one star because of the extremely poor customer service.

I really didn’t like this as much as I thought I would. The metal bracket in the middle that allows it to become a full table clinks and I was able scared it would break when I opened it. The trim piece around the curves also looked a little cheap. It also had a chip in the top.

I had high hopes for this coffee table, for the advertised versatility, #1. Several drawbacks unfortunately. The parts came all jumbled together and the instructions were extremely difficult to follow and very lacking. It took two of us and nearly TWO hours to get this built! Very frustrating. Also, there were several finish abrasions found, but they won't be seen unless the table is fully unfolded, and the other is under the table, so I didn't feel it was worth reporting or returning after we had spent all the time already putting it together! It actually surprised me because I've purchased quite a few other furniture pieces from Wayfair and have never had this difficulty before, so hoping this is a one-off.
