Look closely at the photos. They all seem to be AI-generated. Why is that relevant? Because what you see is not what you get. I'm now almost positive that AI was also involved in *designing* this cabinet. How else to explain that the side-to-side dimension inside each drawer is about 11.6 inches? Hold that thought. What's the diameter of an LP? Correct: 12 inches. So you'd need at least 13 to 13.5 inches to account for a record's outer sleeve and perhaps a plastic cover. See the problem? Of course you do. Not the manufacturer though! They made a seriously idiotic cabinet that doesn't let you fit your standard records into the drawers. My 16-year-old daughter, who has exceptional spatial awareness and more patience than I do (and who's assembled multiple pieces of furniture with me) couldn't figure it out either. Nor could my Ivy League-educated wife , the brains of the family. After almost two hours, we all finally threw in the towel. Of course we'd initially assumed that *we* were to blame, that we were missing something, but after putting the first couple of drawers together *exractly* according to the instructions, and checking and rechecking and re-rechecking everything, we finally concluded that this record cabinet is literally AI-designed slop. The pictures make it seem like it's fit for the purpose of storing your vinyl collection. Sadly, that's unadulterated bee-ess. If you still don't believe me, and think that we must be numbskulls and incompetents, I leave you with the screenshot I'm attaching of one of the product shots on this site. I'd missed it before I ordered this silly piece of design. Look at the graphic's interior dimensions of the drawer. 11.6 inches. Bingo: We're imagining nothing! The incompetence is entirely the manufacturer's. If you have nothing but 45rpm singles, you're in luck. Old 10'' shellacs, congratulations, you're still golden. Got standard 12'' albums? Forget it. Look elsewhere. Because if you buy this poor excuse of a piece of furniture, you're not getting a record cabinet — you'll get hours of frustration.
