Looks nice and appears good quality until you assemble and look closely.
I followed assembly instructions. Tighten screws until they could not be tighten any more- didn’t over tighten or used electrical tool. The back brace didn’t fit at all (aligning to the top of the “V” missed-aligned to the leg holes between 0.5” to nearly an inch on the opposite side.
By then, I had thrown all the packaging materials and was taken by disposal company. It was very hard to assemble the legs to the top by one person. Plus, needed something desperately for my son to start school.
So, I wasn’t contemplating on disassembling, pay tons of money in packaging, and sending it back. My husband helped me to bend the brace and fit it to the holes in the legs. Well, two weeks later I found a 20” crack between two of the screws that tie the top to the legs, plus the front screw is showing signs, too. If the top would have been solid wood, more than likely this would have not been a problem.
So, the product looks nice, but for 550 I wouldn’t but again. I’m afraid it’ll fall apart in just another month.
Also, the product came under a different name and manufacturer. Wayfair was willing to rake it back, but since it looked the same, I chose to keep it.
