The box in which the couch came in was damaged. There were multiple holes in the boxes. Also the hardware such as the screws needed to build the couch were not present.

The couch came in a damaged box, screws and washers were missing so I had to purchase my own, the frame does not line up with the couch due to some of the parts being bent, and the seat cover does not zip over the cushion. Unhappy.
