The color is nice and as expected. I was looking for a frame with japanese joinery and this one only ended up having the bottom legs with that feature. Lots of work with the Allen Wrench! It does seem sturdy enough and well made for a queen mattress

It looks nice but quality is questionable. The wood on the headboard is already cracking

The bed is beautiful, however, the directions are a bit unclear at key points, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Very nice bed. The color is exactly what I was looking for. It was packaged nicely, found no damage issues. Solid wood, seems durable. Only issue was during the “putting together” process. One of the holes did not match up properly, so my husband did a little fixing and it all came together without damage or issue. Just one note, this is a low profile bed, so,if you are looking for something higher off the ground I do not recommend. Floor to frame is 10.2 clearance for reference.
