Beyond cheap. Arrived scuffed and damaged in too many places to count. Don’t waste money or time on this.

I was so excited to get this futon but ended up very disappointed. Both cushions that you rest your back on have extremely loose material, which they appear to not have been fully stuffed. So I have two baggy back rests that look awful, and the rest of the futon is fine. Had I not paid someone to carry this 100 pound futon all the way upstairs, unboxed it, and set it up, I would have returned it. I do not recommend this if you want something high-quality. Wayfair offered nothing except for excuses as to why it’s like this.

The sofa is excellent! It feels quality, it’s comfortable, and it looks great. I would give it one more star, but the experience with the delivery wasn’t very good. My wife and I were both home, and the shipping company left the box at the end of our driveway and just left! I just looked out the window, and it was in front of our cars... no doorbell ring or notifications.

Perfect for the space I have, easy to put together and well made.
