Sofa looks cheap, and does not resemble what I saw online. Very disappointed. Not sure what to do, since I’ll have to pay $120 to return, even though I’d buy another sofa to replace this ugly one. I’ve purchased $1,000’s and thought Wayfair appreciates their loyal customers. Poor customer service.

Cons: We only receive have the washers and rings necessary. It does not come with assembly directions; you will have to go back to wayfair order and look for the link. The material is a dissapointment, a bit cheesy. The package was in pieces when it was delivered, very upsetting however the actual parts inside were fine. Pros: Assemby was easy. You get what you pay for, it fits the bill. Now I will get slip covers.
