I’m happy with the purchase but the delivery was a fiasco! Never again will I mail order a piece of furniture so big. It was left by fedex underneath the stairwell of my three story apartment building. I am a 77 year old woman living on the 3rd floor. I called Wayfair and was told they would return and bring it up stairs. I called Fedex and was told they do no such thing. I had to ask my 54 year old son and 16 year old grandson and my daughter in law to bring it up. My son has back problems and plans for his birthday and no one was happy. It was an 80 lb loveseat. To be clear, no single delivery person could have done it. If you’re going to offer delivery you should make adequate plans. Left a very bad taste in my mouth to use you again. Will shop local next time for furniture. The loveseat is however very nice and I was able to put it together myself.
