I received an open box, only to discover chairs with scratches and missing assembly parts (washers). I did not expect this for a brand-new product at full price. I was then disappointed to see that I had to pay for shipping if returned. I wish they had been more transparent about the box having been opened or offered a discount based on the scratches.

Love them! Comfy too. The nubs on the bottom of the chair were black, thank god! I was worried they would be that weird mustard color… as shown in some pics.

Color does not match the appearance, different build, quality and more wobbly than the original mid-century chairs that we were trying to augment/replace.

I am very happy with these chairs. I wanted a mid century look to pair with a breakfast table. These were easy to put together and are comfortable. They are exactly what I was looking for. Note be sure to use a rubber mallet to fully seat the rubber tips into the legs. This wasn’t in the instructions-
